Service Manager – Boyertown
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of service department. Dispatch field technicians and schedule incoming jobs for shop technicians. Make sure all relevant paperwork is turned in to ensure timely billing.
- Receive service requests from customers via phone and email. Track all requests to ensure completion of necessary repairs. Communicate with customer as needed.
- Manage warranty claims, field campaigns and recalls. Communicate with manufacturers to correctly file claims in a timely manner for reimbursement.
- Position is onsite, Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
- Ability to learn our Windows based dealership software
- Prior experience in a dealership service manager role is preferred
- Mechanical background – preferably in material handling, heavy equipment or agricultural equipment

Forklift Field Technicians
Job Description:
- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all makes and models of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Perform planned maintenance on customer’s and company’s forklifts.
- Maintain service van and van inventory.
- Process paperwork: complete daily time sheets, complete repair work orders and PM checklists, fill out parts requisition slips
Candidates will service customers in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties out of our Boyertown, Pa. headquarters or service customers in Lancaster County out of our New Holland branch location.
Requirements:
- Forklift repair experience
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, management, and customers
- Ability to understand service manuals, interpret schematics and use diagnostic instruments
- Basic hand tools
- Valid PA Driver’s License and clean driving record

Job Description:

- Keep the shop work area clean.
Requirements:
- Forklift repair experience preferred. Candidates with experience in automotive repair, construction equipment repair or agricultural equipment repair are encouraged to apply.
