Yes, many times we can dispatch a mechanic to your location to complete necessary repairs and maintenance. If the repair is more complicated, we may bring your forklift to one of our shops for repairs.
We can provide a “flat rate” reduced fee rental forklift so that you can continue operations while your forklift is being repaired.
Repairs are invoiced as labor and materials. Labor is calculated portal to portal. Unlike our competitors, we do not charge zone fees, mileage or environmental fees.
We accept credit cards or check at completion of repairs. Net terms are available with prior credit approval.
